Order placed on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. We do not offer Sunday delivery.
Delivery time refers to business days only. Delivery estimates do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
3-day shipping & next day orders must be placed before 3 pm EST to be processed that day. If placed after 3 pm, the order will be processed the following business day.
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package in order for you to track the status of your item.
NEED TO EXCHANGE?
Southern proper accepts exchanges as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user and the exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
An exchange form and return label are included in your package. If a label or form was not included, please email [email protected]. Please note that most exchanges take up to 14 business days to process.
NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked "final sale”) within 45 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Any item marked final sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.

NECK / Measure around the base of your neck.
CHEST / Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
WAIST / Measure around your natural waistline (typically where your waist is smallest), keeping the tape a bit loose.
SLEEVE LENGTH / Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.
